By contracting our service, you agree to the following:
24-Hour Cleaning Guarantee
If you notice any overlooked areas or have concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning service, call, text, or email us. We’ll return promptly, at no additional cost, to ensure every corner is spotless and meet your expectations.
Please note that a “re-do” service must be scheduled to occur within 2-days of your initial service.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the total service will be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the total service fee.
Access Denial Fee
Please ensure a key is left or access to your home is provided for all scheduled appointments. If we are unable to enter your home for any reason, a $75 Access Denial Fee will be charged.
Move In/Out Requirements
All Move In/Out cleanings require a vacant home with water and electricity for a proper cleaning.
Failure to provide these requirements will result in a $100 fee and/or rescheduling the appointment.
Items that are left behind by a client will NOT be discarded by the cleaners. If you want us to remove items from the premises, we charge an additional fee for removing the personal property that was left behind. We do not move oversized or heavy items.
Payment Due
Payment is to be completed by 11pm the night before service, unless otherwise discussed.
This serves as a reservation and a confirmation of your cleaning appointment.
We retain the discretion to decline or reschedule service
We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, bio-hazardous substances, weapons/drugs on premises, severe clutter, hoarding situations or disconnected utilities.
Our cleaners have the choice to leave if they find unsanitary conditions or if they feel unsafe or threatened. If you book a cleaning that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
